An up and coming combat robotics team competing in Australian Antweights, Beetleweights, and Featherweights. Built for destruction, designed for shenanigans.
Built for Shenanigans
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Fluffy Doom Robotics is Aidan and Mel - a passionate duo dedicated to building competitive combat robots. Aidan is the primary driver, builder, and designer who prioritizes sustainable bot design by reusing parts and components from scrapped household electronics, along with repurposing scrap metal and materials wherever possible. Mel provides invaluable support in the pit, ensures everything is ready to go, provides supplemental weapon driving during battles, and handles the aesthetics and crowd-pleasing aspects of our bots - making sure they look as good as they fight. We compete in Australian weight classes including Antweights (150g), Beetleweights (3lb), and Featherweights (30lb), with our robots designed to survive brutal arena battles while showcasing innovative, eco-friendly engineering and crowd appeal.
